These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.figure9labs.ai (the "Site"), operated by Figure 9 Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any engagement of Figure 9 Labs' services requires a separately negotiated written agreement. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, marks, illustrations, photographs, and design elements — is owned by Figure 9 Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Figure 9 Labs" name and logo are trademarks of Figure 9 Labs. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any Figure 9 Labs intellectual property without our prior written consent.

4. Information You Send Us

Any inquiry, message, or other information you choose to send us through the Site or to the contact information listed on the Site is not considered confidential or proprietary unless we have a separate written agreement with you stating otherwise. You should not send us any confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information through unsolicited communications.
